Refund policy
I hope you love your purchase, but in the event that you are not happy with your product please let me know within 14 days of receiving your product, and you can return it in the same condition that it was received in within 14 days of contacting me. Postage costs for returns must be covered by the buyer.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on samples, sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We always ask if an exchange is possible in the first instance.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item and we will send it out as soon as possible.
